Hi, Tara. You have some wonderful pictures! I am into camera too especially for my kids. Unfortunatelly I am not as good as you. I have noticed that your images got sharper and clearer since you said you got 5D and lightsphere. Is it because of the 5D? Or did the lightsphere help make the great skin tones of your children? I'd love to take pictures like yours. I would appreciate it if you could tell me! I love the twinkling eyes of the portrait pictures. They are so cute.
Thank you for the nice comments. The 5D is definitely a great camera. Although I do have the flash and lightsphere, I very rarely use them. I think the key to getting nice sharp twinkly eyes is to watch how the light hits them and also to get exposure spot on. I shoot in RAW ans tweak the colors in photoshop to get them just as I like them. You might want to join ilovephotography.com to learn more there. People on the message board are very hlepful.
